Economic strategy for the East of England

Sponsored by IFM Investors, the Economic Strategy for the East of England showcases both the existing economic strengths of the region and the scale of the opportunity which exists for the future.

The East of England has been an economic success story, with the ability and ambition to play a leading role in driving the UK economy forward over the long term, as well as being at the global forefront in solving numerous social and environmental issues.

However, there are a number of challenges that need to be overcome to fully realise this ambition. This report recommends a number of potential solutions, among which better regional coordination is key.
