Cambridge Econometrics: working through the Coronavirus pandemic

Dear clients, partners and suppliers,

In these uncertain times, I wanted to let you know that Cambridge Econometrics is operating (virtually) as usual as we respond to the coronavirus.

Social distancing

In each of our three jurisdictions, the UK, Belgium and Hungary, governments have introduced social distancing measures and we are following their instructions. Our cloud-based infrastructure allows our staff to work from home and for us to operate as normal.  All our staff can be reached by phone and email as usual and have full access to files and our models.

School closures

It is likely that schools we be closed for the foreseeable future, so it is worth noting that a few of us, like many of you, will have children at home. Please bear with us if we take a little longer to respond than usual.

Meetings

In line with government advice, our staff will not travel to meetings until further notice. We can, however, support you by hosting virtual meetings in our Microsoft Teams environment.

If you have any queries or concerns about a research project or contract, please reach out to your nominated project manager or usual staff contact to discuss it with them. If you remain concerned, I encourage you to get in touch with your project director or with me directly.

Very best wishes to you all,

Phil Summerton
