He works closely with the leadership team on the strategic direction of the group ensuring it continues to deliver impactful, policy-driven insights to tackle global challenges.
Alongside this, he remains actively involved in consultancy work, contributing his expertise directly to client and partner work. Over the past 20 years Phil has worked with a diverse range of clients and collaborators and specialises in distilling complex economic and econometric analysis into policy-relevant messages.
