Cambridge Econometrics formalises partnership with International Renewable Energy Agency (IRENA)

Cambridge Econometrics is delighted to announce a formal partnership with IRENA. IRENA is a global intergovernmental agency driving the widespread adoption and sustainable use of all forms of renewable energy, including bioenergy, geothermal, hydropower, ocean, solar and wind energy.

Building on more than a decade of collaboration across a range of modelling projects, we’ve established a new two-year agreement to continue our work on assessing the socioeconomic impact of energy transition pathways.

We look forward to launching upcoming projects through this partnership, developing cutting-edge tools and methodologies, providing policy-relevant analyses, and building local capacity to support the transition across different parts of the world.
