Fiona Fernandez joins Cambridge Econometrics as Head of HR

Cambridge Econometrics is delighted to welcome Fiona Fernandez FCIPD as the new Head of HR. Fiona brings 25 years of multidisciplinary HR to Cambridge Econometrics, with extensive experience in leading a range of HR teams for international businesses with special focuses on talent management, employee engagement and change management.

Having worked in both regional and global leadership HR roles in the professional services, pharmaceutical and healthcare logistics sectors, Fiona understands the importance of helping businesses support and invest in their people taking a collaborative and consultative approach.
