Can the service be further tailored to my needs?

- Evaluating Econometric Modelling
- Working with Microfit, a three-day course in econometric techniques
- On-line Introductory Econometrics
(1) Introductory Econometrics
Clients can make use of their own data/models in the hands-on sessions, which form a significant part of the course.
Prior to the course, data is provided to the course organiser, who prepares sets of questions based on the client's modelling needs, thus making the course directly relevant to work-based problems.
(2) Evaluating Econometric Modelling
Clients are encouraged to make use of their own examples in the model assessment sessions, which form a significant part of the course.
The course organiser will prepare evaluation exercises based on specific models that the client wishes to evaluate, thus making the course directly relevant to immediate requirements.
(3) Working with Microfit, a three-day course in econometric techniques
The taught sessions are open and discursive in nature, allowing participants the opportunity to relate the concepts to their own work.
There is also ample opportunity to put more detailed questions to the course organisers in the various breaks provided, and a dedicated question and answer session is provided at the end of the course.
4) Introductory Econometrics on the Web
The modular basis of the course means that the training can be exactly tailored to meet the participant's needs.
Although the standard course uses pre-prepared hands-on sessions, adjustments can be made to cope with the clients own data/models. Such modifications are subject to negotiation.
