Equal Opportunities Policy
Cambridge Econometrics applies an equal opportunities policy in its recruitment, training, remuneration and promotion of staff. It applies the policy in the areas of gender, age, nationality, ethnic group, religion and sexual orientation. It also does not discriminate against disabled people. It endeavours to support each employee in reaching the maximum level of his or her capacity to contribute to the work of the company, and therefore provides on-site training, and pays for off-site training, without discrimination.
