Equal Opportunities Policy

Cambridge Econometrics applies an equal opportunities policy in its recruitment, recruitment publicity, training, remuneration, promotion, discipline and dismissal of staff in the areas of gender, age, nationality, ethnic group, religion or sexual orientation. It also does not discriminate against disabled people or ex-offenders. Its recruitment methods are not discriminatory, and its job advertisements refer to this policy. The Company endeavours to support each employee in reaching the maximum level of his or her capacity to contribute to the work of the Company, and therefore makes off-site training available, and provides on-site training and advice, without any kind of discrimination.

David Taylor is the Administrative Director, and he is responsible for implementing the policy, reviewing it each year, and bringing it to the attention of new staff as part of their induction. He is also responsible for monitoring the distribution of population groups among job applicants.

Breaches of the Equal Opportunities Policy by employees will be treated as disciplinary offences.
