In the western world, energy consumption is intimately linked with economic activity and environmental impact. There are many energy analysts and economic forecasters producing forecasts of oil prices or electricity sales, but these tend to be produced in isolation. Ours is the only fully-integrated approach to E3 forecasting and analysis covering the period up to 2025 and according to the National Audit Office 'the only other organisation [ie other than the DTI, now DECC] to provide an economywide projection of UK emissions' (National Audit Office, January 2007).
